Today, Sansha's Nation controls the Stain region and parts of surrounding nullsec, outside the borders of the Amarr Empire. They are considered a rogue faction by the Imperial authorities and face constant military pressure. Despite this, their control over key resources in the Stain region makes them a formidable power that the Amarr cannot easily eradicate without significant cost.

In Their Own Story

The nebulae of the Sansha Belt shimmered with artificial light as the cruiser *Divine Retribution* held its position. Captain Vex watched the long-range sensors flicker; Imperial dreadnoughts were approaching, their hulls gleaming like judgment. 'They come to reclaim what is theirs,' his chaplain whispered, gripping a data-slate of holy scripture. Vex gripped his command chair. 'Let them try. This belt belongs to those who hear the voice without the Emperor's filter.'
